Formed
in 1990, Colorado Fire Sprinkler has established a reputation for our
expertise in fire protection technology. We have the organization, personnel and experience to provide
a wide range of fire protection services.
Colorado Fire Sprinkler has completed a large variety of fire
protection systems of diverse requirements and varying scale. We have a
long history of partnering with general contractors to perform on time and
to specification. Not
limited to automatic fire sprinkler systems, we have completed numerous
special hazard systems including Halon, FM-200,
foam, pre-action and
deluge systems. We have also
designed and installed pump systems for water supplies to large
facilities.
We
service the areas of Colorado;
Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Security, Fountain, Rocky Ford, La Junta, Las Animas,
Lamar, Walsenburg, Trinidad, Alamosa, Canon City, Salida, Buena Vista,
Leadville, Gunnison, Montrose, Durango, Cortez, and surrounding areas.

Colorado
Fire Sprinkler is a full service fire protection contractor providing
consultation, system design, fabrication, installation, inspection,
maintenance and repairs to fire protection systems.
Company Profile

Kent N. Stringer is our founder and president.
He has over 20 years of experience in the automatic fire sprinkler
industry and over 10 years experience as a licensed fire suppression system
contractor. Licenses include
Colorado State License #113, and city licenses in Colorado Springs, Pueblo
and various other Colorado cities.

Rober Blackwell is our
field superintendent. Robert
has over 15 years of experience in the automatic fire sprinkler industry
beginning as an apprentice sprinkler fitter.

Marlin Stringer is our project manager.
He has been a project manager since 1996 and has over 7 years experience
in the industry. Marlin holds a
NICET level III certification in the field of Fire Protection Engineering
Technology.

Each of our journeyman employees has completed
a five-year apprenticeship program including on the job experience and a course
of study administered by the University of Pennsylvania, or they have provided
documentation of equivalent coursework/experience to the Sprinkler Fitters Local
#669 as required. In addition,
several of our journeymen have been licensed by the Colorado Springs Regional
Building Department which includes experience and testing requirements.

All of our apprentices are required to make
satisfactory progress to complete the experience and training requirements as
required by Sprinkler Fitters Local #669 and the University of Pennsylvania.
Progress is monitored and enforced by Local #669 and the University.
